Mickey Mouse (OPC) Private Limited
(Influencer and Celebrity Marketing Services)
This policy outlines the terms and conditions for the cancellation of confirmed campaigns and projects, and the corresponding refund eligibility for services rendered by Mickey Mouse (OPC) Private Limited to the Client/Brand.
1. Scope of Policy
This policy applies to all signed and confirmed service agreements and Statement of Work (SOW) documents related to influencer marketing, celebrity endorsement, content creation, and campaign management executed by Mickey Mouse (OPC) Private Limited on behalf of the Client.
2. Campaign Cancellation Policy
A confirmed campaign or SOW can be canceled by the Client only by providing written notice to the designated Account Manager/Point of Contact. Cancellation fees and refund eligibility are determined based on the project stage at the time the written notice is received.
2.1 Cancellation Stages and Refund Terms

| Stage 3: Influencer/Celebrity Finalized & Vetted | Influencer/Celebrity has been contracted/paid, and creative brief is being developed. | 50% Refund of the total payment received. The remaining 50% is forfeited to cover non-refundable celebrity booking fees, internal resource allocation, and creative development costs. |
| Stage 4: Content Creation / Shoots in Progress | The Influencer/Celebrity is actively creating content, attending shoots, or providing required assets. | No Refund. All fees are forfeited as the core service (content creation/time) is actively being executed, and payments to third-party artists/influencers are non-recoverable. |
| Stage 5: Content Approved & Scheduled for Posting | Content has been approved by the Client and is pending publication. | No Refund. The service is considered rendered. The Client is obligated to pay any outstanding balance. |

2.2 Payment for Work Completed (Pro-Rata)
In the event of a cancellation between Stage 3 and Stage 5, the Client remains responsible for the full cost of any milestones or deliverables fully completed up to the date of cancellation, regardless of the refund policy above.
3. Grounds for Refund Eligibility
Refunds are generally not provided for service-based agreements once work has begun. However, a refund may be considered under the following specific and limited circumstances only:
- Failure to Deliver: If Mickey Mouse (OPC) Private Limited fails to deliver the contracted content/campaign (up to the publishing stage) due to internal operational issues (excluding Force Majeure events like natural disasters, government restrictions, etc.).
- Fundamental Breach of Contract: If the Company fundamentally breaches a core, non-remediable term of the SOW.
Non-Refundable Situations
No refund or compensation will be provided for:
- Campaign Performance: Failure to meet specific performance targets (e.g., views, likes, conversion rates) unless a guaranteed performance clause with a specific refund remedy was explicitly included and paid for in the SOW.
- Influencer Morality/Cancellation: If the Influencer/Celebrity breaches a morality clause or cancels after a payment has been made to them, the Company will use the reserved funds to secure an equivalent replacement. A refund is not an option unless no suitable replacement can be found within a mutually agreed period.
- Client Changes: Cancellations or dissatisfaction resulting from major changes in the Client’s business, product, or objectives after the contract is signed.
4. Refund Processing
- Request: All refund requests must be made in writing via email to [Your Customer Service Email] and must clearly state the reason for the request, referencing the SOW/Contract number.
- Review: The Company will review the request against the policy and project stage within 10 business days.
- Approval: If approved, the refund amount will be calculated according to the terms in Section 2.1.
- Disbursement: Refunds will be processed within 15-20 business days of approval and disbursed to the original payment method.
5. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from this policy shall first be addressed through good faith negotiation. Unresolved disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Gachibowli , Hyderabad, Telangana.
Disclaimer: This policy is subject to the terms of the individual Statement of Work (SOW) or Master Service Agreement (MSA) signed between Mickey Mouse (OPC) Private Limited and the Client, which shall take precedence in case of conflict. The Company reserves the right to modify this policy without prior notice.
